Home dialysis is a flexible alternative to rigid, three-times-a-week clinic sessions. Many patients gain more energy, more schedule control, and more time for work, family, and travel. We offer expert guidance in both peritoneal dialysis (PD) and home hemodialysis (HHD). From day one, our nurses, dietitians, and social workers provide step-by-step training so you feel prepared and supported.

Kidney Disease Education
Thinking about kidney disease and dialysis can feel overwhelming. We make it clearer. Book a free education session to learn about home dialysis options—with no pressure to decide on the spot.
Peritoneal dialysis (PD) uses the lining of your abdomen to filter blood. Many people do exchanges during the day or overnight with a cycler. PD is designed around your routine so you can work, travel, and stay home more often while still getting effective dialysis. Schedule a PD learning session to see if it’s right for you.
Home hemodialysis uses a machine at home on a schedule you and your care team set—often more frequent, shorter treatments. Many patients report feeling stronger and more in control. Meet with one of our experienced nurses to learn more.
